I am attaching a final sign up report for Cary City.  If you signed up for a relay, your coaches should have reached out to you about if and how many relays could be formed for this meet.  

Please take a moment to find your swimmer(s) and verify that the information is correct. If everything is correct, please go to our site and click the "Cary City Payment" button at the top of the page.  Payment needs to be made by today, Friday, 7/8.
