Practice Policies

Swimmers must be able to swim the length of the pool (25yds) unassisted in order to participate in practices. 

Parents of swimmers 11 and under must be on deck for practices. 

  • Be on Time
  • Listen to your coaches
  • Support each other
  • Try your best
